The furniture factory «Algraf»
We produce furniture from Lamarti LDSP board, manufactured by Syktyvkar Plywood Factory, solid wood, MDF, glass and metal: kitchens, office furniture, cabinets, living rooms, hallways, children's, library modules.
We work with wholesale customers, furniture manufacturers, retail chains and stores that sell a finished product. We also provide services for cutting, pasting, providing assistance for semi-finished products.
Equipment and performance.
The factory operates machines for cutting LDPE, edging from 0.4 to 3 mm and drilling holes. The main machines of KDT company. Productivity of the factory: 2 000 sheets of LDPP per month, that is on the average 100 sheets per day - about 900 units of finished products. Now it is about 50% of the maximum capacity, we are ready to grow to 1800-2000 finished pieces per day.
Warehouses and delivery.
We are ready to store the entire finished production volume in our temperature - controlled, indoor warehouses. The total area of warehouses amounts to 5 898 m², the warehouses are located directly next to our production facility in Syktyvkar. The warehouses are adjacent to railway dead-end and loading terminals, so it can be easily organized to expedite the delivery of finished products both by rail and/or road.
