In 2019, the company «Northern Windows» launched its own line of lamination of pvc manufactured windows and materials for decoration of windowsills.

At the moment, the «Northern Windows» is the only window production company in the Komi Republic, which performs this operation for its customers at its own factory.

Lamination is the rolling of decorative multi-colored film on a PVC base under high pressure and at high temperature. After applying the film, the window profile needs to stand for some time to avoid further deformation of the top layer.

Our own workshop provides a number of advantages - short terms for customers and the process of quality control. Today customers are offered a choice of 45 types of colours, which enhance the realm of design.

Profile lamination can be internal, external and bilateral.

The film for lamination may limit the choice of colours and textures for different types of woods, while the body of the window becomes similar to wood, indistinguishable from it.

ONE can also choose a monochrome option in any RAL color palette.

There were precedents when lamination deteriorated during transportation, there were no conducive conditions for acceptance of laminated blanks from the supplier. This affected not only the quality, but also the timing.

Recently, the demand for these products has increased significantly. Consumers are becoming more demanding and they like variety. Today, we offer more than 45 kinds of film covers in different colours! Some of them are standard (about 10 kinds). They are always in stock and at regular prices. Some kinds of films are made to order.

A high-quality lamination profile imitates cuts of different trees’ species, accentuating not only their colour, but also the texture. It reliably protects the surface from external influences, while the window itself will serve for decades.
